- Information we process -

Upo Bot may store your Discord user ID, language preference, command-use counters, update-notice status, and optional settings such as an embed color.

For /info and /avatar, the Bot stores the IDs of the user running the command and the selected user to calculate profile-lookup statistics.

Images provided by users for commands that use them, such as /gif and /sign, are processed only when needed to perform the command and are not intentionally saved in the Bot's database.

- Use and retention -

We use this information to provide Bot features, remember preferences, maintain basic statistics, prevent abuse, and resolve technical problems.

Database records are kept until a valid deletion request is completed or Upo Bot is discontinued.

Command inputs and working files are held temporarily in memory. Results sent through Discord are subject to Discord's retention and deletion controls.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

- Services used -

Upo Bot operates through Discord and is hosted using Oracle Cloud. These providers may process technical and service data under their own privacy policies.

This website has no accounts, forms, advertising, or analytics. Its service providers may receive basic technical connection data.

- Your rights and contact -

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data and exercise any other rights available under applicable law.

To make a request, contact ejten on Discord and provide your Discord user ID. Never send your password or Discord token.
