- Use of Upo Bot -

These Terms govern your use of Upo Bot, operated by Upo Team. By adding or using the Bot, you agree to these Terms.

Upo Bot provides free recreational commands through Discord. You may use it only if you are permitted to use Discord under Discord's Terms of Service and applicable law. You must also follow the rules of each Discord server in which the Bot is used.

- Acceptable use -

You are responsible for the commands you run and all images, text, messages, or other content you submit. You must have the right to use that content.

You must not use Upo Bot to break the law, violate Discord's rules or another person's rights, create illegal, harmful, or abusive content, exploit bugs, spam commands, overload the service, or interfere with the Bot or its infrastructure.

- Availability and access -

Upo Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It may contain errors or become unavailable, and no particular uptime, response time, feature availability, or data recovery is guaranteed.

Upo Team may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features or the Bot. Upo Team may, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, restrict, suspend, or permanently block any user or server from accessing some or all Upo Bot features at any time, with or without prior notice, for any lawful reason. Upo Team is not required to provide continued access, explain its decision, or restore access.

- Responsibility and liability -

Upo Team does not continuously monitor all Bot activity and is not responsible for content or conduct submitted by users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Upo Team makes no warranties about the Bot and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from its use or unavailability. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

- Privacy, changes and contact -

Information processed through Upo Bot is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms may be updated when the Bot, its features, or applicable rules change. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Bot after an update means that you accept the revised Terms.
